NCL-PLUG is supplied in 5kg sealed can

NCL-PLUG has a shelf life of at least 3 months, provided stored unopened in a cool dry place. Beyond this date, the hardening time will be prolonged.

** Please note time of NCL-PLUG can vary significantly by increasing or decreasing the water temperature.

Areas to be patched should be cut back to a minimum depth of 15mm. Where possible dovetail back the edge, do not feather edge. The surface should be sound and free from all contaminants such as algae, grease etc.

NCL-PLUG is added to clean water and mixed either with a trowel of gloved hand.

Timing is important. Because of the rapid set, the placement time is limited to the gelling period of about 20 seconds. Use either a trowel or hand, place the mortar into position and hold as necessary until it has achieved initial set.

NCL-PLUG contains cement, which is highly alkaline and may cause irritation of the skin. Operators are advised to wear protective clothing and gloves during use. Mixing should be carried out in a well-ventilated area and in common with all powder products

in order to avoid raising and inhaling of dust. If the powder enters the eye, wash thoroughly with copious amounts of fresh clean water. If discomfort continues, please seek for medical advice.
